Blacks in Nature is an organization that creates accessible outdoor experiences for people of color in kayaks, lakes, hiking trails, snow, a garden, fishing, and just about anywhere there are open skies above.

We believe that
nature belongs to everybody.  Everybody should see themselves represented in nature and be comfortable participating in outdoor activities.

Blacks in Nature is doing our small part to change the narrative regarding blacks and the outdoors.
Let's all experience the great outdoors together!

"I created this group to encourage my community to TRY SOMETHING NEW.  Nature provides experiences and memories that you and your family will never forget.

I promise you, you will not regret it and the best thing is that God meets you out there every single time!
Being out in nature calms the spirit and soothes the soul.
