Membership Policy

At Blacks in Nature (BIN), we value our members and strive to provide an enriching experience. We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to be as transparent as possible regarding our refund and cancellation policies.

Refund Policy:

Family and Individual Annual Memberships: Refunds will only be granted within 7 days of the initial purchase. After this period, memberships are non-refundable.

Exceptional Circumstances: Refund requests due to extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with documentation to support your request.

Cancellation Policy: Members may cancel their BIN membership at any time by logging in to their membership account. Renewal notice is also emailed before being charged of their annual membership. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the membership.

Members will continue to have access to all benefits until their membership period ends. Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another individual.

Blacks In Nature reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes.
